Luís Fernando Schultz Xavier da Silveira

I am a Brazilian computer scientist and mathematician, with a Ph.D. in computational geometry. Among other things, I have worked as a smart-contract auditor: someone who is paid to meticulously evaluate the correctness of contracts encoded as computer programs. I did not expect that training to be useful for anything like this.

I went to Batumi in 2023 and stayed. The city gave me a peace I had not found elsewhere: the sea, the mountains, the freedom, the people. I married there. My wife and I bought two apartments on the sixteenth floor of the Next White complex, joined them, and renovated them as our home, the place we meant to live for a long time.

That renovation was my first dealing with the Next Group. Every dealing since is in this dossier. On July 1, 2026, the company locked me out of the elevators of my home to collect a debt it had set itself, under falsified documents I never signed, and conditioned my access on a waiver of my claims against it. I asked the police and the authorities for help, and none of them helped me. My wife and I left Georgia on July 9, 2026, and cannot return to our home.

I did not want to write this. I would rather have spent the months on my work, on the tennis courts, and on a novel I am writing in my spare time. I would rather not have published my name, my address, my passport numbers, my correspondence and the state of my home, none of which I wanted strangers to know. I wrote this dossier because neither Next nor the authorities answered, and because the other owners of Next White, who report the same conduct, have never had the facts in one place. I hope that with the facts before them they will act together, which is the one thing the law asks of them and the one thing Next's modus operandi cannot survive.

Everything here is verifiable, and every page names its sources. If any statement is wrong, I will correct it. I have no interest in Next beyond the building my home is in. Copies of this dossier are stored and available where no one, not even I, can withdraw them. The site itself, however, will be closed when the owners of Next White manage their own building and the people responsible for the wrongs recorded in this dossier have answered for them, before a court if necessary.
