After-Sales Manager at Next

October 24, 2026

Lolita Samnidze introduces herself as "After-Sales Manager at Next Company" and writes from a Next Group address. She is the employee through whom Next dealt with my wife during our renovation, and the one who set the pattern Next has followed since: in February 2025, seventeen months before the chips, she held my meters and my renovation for a payment and a signature.

The renovation. On January 27, 2025, my wife asked her on what grounds Next had banned renovations during the tourist season, since we had signed nothing that gave it such a power; the question was passed to "the building administration" and never answered. On February 3, asked about service fees: "it isn't known yet; when the payments start we'll let you know". On February 10 she wrote that she had spoken with the engineer and that joining the two apartments was possible; the engineer, Shota, later stopped the work and then demanded that our front wall be destroyed (grievances, items 2, 3 and 5).

The price. On February 17, my wife explained that our renovation company already handled waste disposal and asked whether bringing up the materials for a hundred square meters really cost US$1,600 for the black frame alone. After one hour of deflection, the next fleece: "The meter is already installed, but you won't be able to use it until you settle the outstanding amount". On February 19 she sent the draft; on February 20, when we were unsure we would be able to finish in time, she offered a choice: "pay the amount for bringing up materials later, and start the renovation after the tourist season ends". On February 21, asked to put her concessions in the contract: "nothing will change; if it suits you, sign it [...] you can continue the work from October". I signed and paid GEL 8,105.98 that morning, US$2,028 for the freight elevator and waste and GEL 2,400 for the meters, and the lift was unlocked on her instruction to reception: "say that you've paid". The paper I signed certifies that it "represents the result of the mutual free will of both parties" and refers to a contract that does not exist (details). The episode is the February 2025 count in the coercion analysis, the only one of the three attributable to a single person.

The gas. On August 22, 2025, my wife wrote to her that turning on the gas filled a spot in the apartment with its smell: the pipe Next had embedded in the concrete had ruptured. That same day Lola set a disappearing-messages timer on the chat, and nothing after that date survives in the export. We spent about six weeks without gas; two of them I attribute to what she told us about how to approach the problem. The documentation of that installation is what Next has since deflected three times.

The undertaking. On February 5, 2026, the day after I sent my grievances to Next's lawyer and management, she wrote to ask what the issue was. Asked whether she had received the email that set it out, she answered on February 6: "I am currently reviewing the issues raised. I will get back to you as soon as I have an update". There has been no update. I recorded the silence on July 3, and it is among the undertakings Next has not kept. She was copied on every letter from the demand of August 11 onward, and has not written since February 6.

Other owners report writing "ten times, to the Lolas and all their predecessors", by email and on paper, with "zero reaction".

Her title is after-sales. What she sold me, after the sale, was permission to use what I already owned.
